We are working on the recovery of the foundational model of the family doctor and nurse, for which we currently have 1 basic Work Group and 12 basic health teams in the municipality, with medical and nursing coverage, distributed in the health area spanning a population of 9410 by EBS dispensing, below, we show the population distribution by CMF.

The services provided include Ultrasound, Menstrual Regulation, Laboratory, X-Ray, Optics and Ophthalmology, Intensive Therapy, Colposcopy, Stomatology and Prosthesis, Blood Bank, SIUM, Body Guard, intensive therapy with two beds and the staff with 4 Doctors qualified and prepared to provide specialized care among others.

Child Psychiatry
Stomatology: Maintains services with 4 armchairs that includes a prosthesis, in addition to having a fixed chair in the Luis Ramírez López Seminternado, and in the settlement of Boquerón and two mobile chairs Hatibonico and Glorieta .
CHILD MATERIAL PROGRAM
The indicators for the year 2019 compared to the previous year in the same period are much higher. We had a total of 159 births, 28 more compared to 2018. Of which 5 were underweight for a rate of 3.2, 4 of them out of the area, including 3 deliveries of triplets. Throughout this period we maintained a maternal, infant and preschool mortality rate at zero as well as late fetal mortality, which was not the case in the previous year when 2 deaths were reported for a rate of 21.5. In the year, I regretted a school death resulting from a 12-year-old patient with Leukemia with intracranial hemorrhage for a rate of 15.9.
Infertility:
The municipality complied with the dispensing of infertile couples, we have a total of 184 (105.4 percent) infertile couples, 166 dispensed (90.2), of which 37 in the municipal consultation. & nbsp; In these consultations, 22 clinical pregnancies (13.2%) have achieved a favorable factor in reducing population aging, increasing the birth rate of the municipality.
BLOOD PROGRAM:
The municipality has a plan of 30 monthly donations, for a total of 360 donations in the year, of which 217 donations were made for 60.2% compliance.
GENETICS PROGRAM
The genetics programs in their entirety are fulfilled and genetic counseling is given to 100% of pregnant women and infants.
MORTALITY BEHAVIOR IN THE MUNICIPALITY.
In the year that ended, we had 43 deaths, with Acute Respiratory Failure and Acute Lung Edema being the main causes of death, followed by malignant diseases.
NURSING
Our front has a staff covered by 90 nurses, with a necessary staff of 63 nurses in the different services of them we have (2) specialists and (1) master, 71 graduates, 16 general nurses, distributed in the areas of health.
REHABILITATION
Our Municipality has 1 physical rehabilitation room and 70 comprehensive rehabilitators, attending over 3825 patients and more than 12,000 rehabilitated patients, with priority being given to disabled and bedridden patients. Compared to the previous year there was an increase of patients who received rehabilitation services in the municipality, they are also guaranteed care at home according to needs, even in the settlements.

There is an Adult population of more than 1500 patients, those who receive medical attention in the CMF, performing & nbsp; annually the periodic health exam, prioritizing the elderly alone, fragile nuclei and the elderly with chronic pathologies and malignant disease.
We have 1 social institution, 1 grandfather's house with an endowment of 28 grandparents,
TEACHING
We have a teaching advisor and 16 teachers with teaching status.

All GBT teachers are categorized complying with component No.2 as well as second opinion in Obstetrics and Pediatrics.
Laboratory surveillance: During the year, 26 rapid tests were performed, representing 35.1% and 46 co-cultures for 62.1%. All with absence of choleric vibration.
